Inspirational Speaker and Sales Expert, Tina Meitl Shares Key Secret to Sales Success

Author, Transformational Inspirational Speaker and Sales Superstar, Tina Meitl, shares one of her key secrets to success in any kind of sales career, revealing that listening to what people are not saying and learning how to gently guide them to their concerns is a skill that can be developed.

OBERLIN, KS – August 19, 2016 – Tina Meitl, Sales Superstar, Motivational Speaker and co-author of the best-selling book, Success Manifesto with Brian Tracy has posted a new article on her website entitled, What Your Client Doesn’t Say May be the Key to Your Success.”  

Meitl launches into her article with a barrage of questions: “Are you a good listener? Do you like to ask a lot of questions? Are you curious about your prospects and clients? Can you hear what your client is trying to say but doesn’t know how to say?” She continues adding, “If you can answer all of these questions affirmatively, you are probably a top salesperson.”

Meitl is consoling to those who may not be able to answer “yes” to her questions writing, “If you are not quite there yet, don’t worry. With practice, you can develop the skills that, when used will take you to the top of your industry.”

According to Meitl, “When you practice listening between the lines, picking up on what people are not saying, you’ll begin to perceive the fear your client is trying to avoid.” She elaborates, “That gives you the opening you need to ask questions that will gently guide them to the their challenge or problem.”  “Questions give people permission to take baby steps toward what they fear,” says Meitl. She adds, “When you approach in a step-by-step manner, slowly and systematically through a series of questions, then you can solve your prospect or client’s problem and relieve their fears.”
