What’s the first thing that comes to mind when asked–what are you thankful for?

It could be family.

Or your health.

Or that car you have dreamed of for years that you finally own.

Most things in your life are gifts of some sort.

What would change if you saw everything as a gift?

Sure, there are things in our lives, or even about ourselves that we want to change.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t see the wonder in what we have and who we are.

Gratitude is an incredibly powerful tool because what you focus on expands.

I’m grateful for being able to paint with my daughter this morning, the beautiful sunrise I saw, and the alphabet soup I’m about to eat (seriously – if you haven’t had it since you were a kiddo, it’s just as much fun now as it was back then).
